This training marked one of the opening activities in celebration of the NDRM 2025, aimed at strengthening the disaster preparedness and response capabilities of various frontline agencies.

Among the participants was 2Lt. Alexa Mye Valen of the 83rd Infantry Battalion, who expressed her gratitude for the opportunity to undergo the training:

Instructors utilized various teaching methods including interactive lectures, visual presentations, workshops, organized learning activities, and practical demonstrations. A total of sixty (60) participants from the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC) attended the training, representing key agencies such as the Philippine Army, Philippine National Police, Philippine Coast Guard, Land Transportation Office, and the Civil Service Unit of Camarines Sur.
