For Ishmael Cabanilla, a Grade 12 student and active student leader at Mambayawas High School, the School Assistance Program of the Provincial Government of Camarines Sur meant more than just receiving a new school bag. "I am very thankful, we are very thankful, especially the Mambayawas students, na igwang programa na arog kaini hali sa gobyerno kan Camarines Sur, ta sabihon tang bag lang siya, pero ining simbolismo kan bag na ini way of boosting the students na magpursige pa sa pag-adal, kasi even a small thing can make a difference."

The new school bags, which were given to students of Mambayawas High School, will ease the burden for many students. "It's a big help, especially for students na dai afford magbakal bagong bag, kaya we are really grateful for this program," Ishmael added.
