The Provincial Government of Camarines Sur, through its PESO, joined in the Iriga City Pintakasi 2025 by bolstering employment opportunities through a job fair activity held at the ICT Building in Sta. Cruz, Iriga City, on June 5, 2025.

Under the leadership of Gov Luigi Villafuerte, the Provincial Government remains committed to improving the quality of life in the province by providing valuable employment and livelihood opportunities for its people.

Students in Brgy. Ombao Heights, Bula no longer need to walk long distances or spend their allowance on prepaid internet. Thanks to the Provincial Government's program, Starlink technology has now been installed in the area, providing fast, reliable, and free Wi-Fi access.

Residents have expressed their gratitude for this innovative program of the province under Gov Luigi Villafuerte, which is helping their community stay connected and thrive in the digital age.

The City Health Office of City Government of Iriga is now powered by Starlink satellite internet, thanks to the CamSur Free Wi-Fi Program led by the Provincial Government of Camarines Sur under Gov Luigi Villafuerte. This initiative is part of the province’s commitment to closing the digital divide and bringing modern connectivity to government offices and communities.

“Masaya, and at the same time, napagaan niya yong mga trabaho namin,” shared Marlric Cabaltera, an encoder at Iriga CHO. “Kung before, may isang task na matatapos mo siya within 2 days or 3 days, [now] we can do it in just few minutes because may internet connection na.”

With the installation of high-speed internet, health workers can now access online systems faster, streamline their workflow, and serve the public more efficiently.

With its aim to provide top-notch healthcare services closer to its people, the Provincial Government of Camarines Sur has recently acquired the Healthcare MoTo, a cutting-edge addition to the province's medical advancements.

This vehicle, similar to the Medical Diagnostic Van but smaller in size, offers imaging and diagnostic services, including ultrasound, chest X-ray, ECG, physical exams, and ENT diagnostics. It also caters to medical checkups for various health conditions, such as lung, heart, liver, kidney, diabetes, anemia, cholesterol, and fat-related issues. Additionally, the Healthcare MoTo can be used to transport patients and is operated by trained nurses and radiologic technicians.

On May 5, 2025, a demonstration of its medical equipment was held, showcasing portable ultrasound, blood pressure monitoring, stethoscope, Sp02 oxygen stat, electrocardiogram, fetal doppler, glucometer, hemoglobinometer, portable X-ray, and infant and adult weighing scale.

Under Gov Luigi Villafuerte, the Provincial Government reaffirms its commitment to prioritizing the health and well-being of every Camarinense by bringing quality healthcare services, particularly to remote and disadvantaged areas.

With the CamSur WiFi for All Program, another priority program under Gov Luigi Villafuerte, communities with limited or no internet access now enjoy fast and reliable connectivity via Fiber Optics Connection. Areas in Calabanga and Libmanan now benefit from this initiative, which is crucial in today's digital world.
