Right at the start of my administration, I made it clear: no barangay will be left behind.

Today in Brgy. Del Rosario, Bato — we marked the start of the construction of a new multi-purpose building, distributed 5 kilos of rice to every household, and turned over a portable sound system for community events.

This is just the beginning. Tuloy-tuloy ang serbisyo, lalo na sa mga liblib na lugar.

Here is another first-of-its-kind initiative that will soon be launched by the Provincial Government of Camarines Sur: the Dialysis on Wheels.
